You will need:
o 200gm dates

o 60gm rolled oats
o 2 Tablespoons cacoa or cocoa powder
o 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
o 3 Tablespoons orange juice
To make:
1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or hand blender. Process until the oats are finely blended and the mixture comes together.
2. If the mixture is not sticky enough to hold together as balls, add a little more orange juice and process again. If the mixture seems too wet, add a little more oats and process again.
3. Roll teaspoons of mixture into balls of even size. Refrigerate until needed.
